Aero Services delivers end-to-end aviation manufacturing and certification solutions from concept through to flight-ready hardware. As one of South Africa’s longest-established holders of a South African Civil Aviation Manufacturing Organisation licence, we bring proven capability and regulatory confidence to every programme.

Working in close partnership with our parent company’s Design Organisation (DO) approval, we deliver true turnkey solutions—from parts manufactured per sample, through composite repair and refurbishment, to complete Supplemental Type Certificate (STC) programmes.

 

Aircraft Interior Solutions

We design, manufacture, integrate, and certify a comprehensive range of aircraft interior components and systems for commercial, special-mission, and defence platforms, including:

With more than 20 years of aircraft vacuum thermoforming experience, Aero Services manufactures high-quality formed aerospace components including sidewall panels, tray tables, seat backs, seat fairings, and complex interior assemblies.

We work with a broad range of aerospace-grade materials, enabling compliance with FAR 25.853 flammability requirements while maintaining surface finish, repeatability, and weight efficiency.
